Great location, central and convenient. Really good Bar Manager at Diplomat Bar. Excellent customer service, were very good. Spacious private terrace with great views.

My recent stay at a hotel in Bangkok was a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, being situated next to the All Seasons mall and in a nice area with great access to shops. The room was spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the city. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from. the hotel had facilities such as a pool and an executive lounge for guests to enjoy.

That some of the public areas were undergoing renovations, which affected the overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for families with kids to travel to and from the hotel. The Chinese restaurant offers a delightful breakfast experience, and the hotel is situated in a pleasant area with excellent access to shops and the sky train. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff provide attentive service throughout the stay.

The lack of renovations in the guest rooms and common areas is disappointing, as it detracts from the overall experience and falls short compared to other hotels of similar level.

Great room, shower, bed. Good and stable wifi. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of options. Resourceful and helpful concierge. Convenient location, walking distance to Ploenchit BTS. Excellent swimming pool and tennis facility. Hotel connects to a mall arcade with useful amenities.

The hotel stood out in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel facilities, including the gym and outdoor pool, were great and offered everything I needed for a satisfying stay. the hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to explore the city. It was within walking distance to a shopping mall and a nearby transportation platform. there was a shopping center close by with a food court that offered a wide variety of delicious options.

Top-rated luxurious hotel in exclusive Bangkok neighborhood. Exceptional staff, stunning city view from spacious rooms, and beautiful bathroom. Ample breakfast choices and tranquil swimming pool surrounded by tropical trees. Conveniently located near shopping mall and beloved coffee shop.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and outstanding service. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with a variety of services such as sauna, massage, and steam room. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation. the private facilities in my room were stunning and provided me with an exclusive experience. the buffet breakfast and special diet menus were superb.

The Wi-Fi fee, which is outdated for a hotel of this caliber. Nonetheless, this minor issue did not diminish the exceptional and personalized service provided by the staff members.

Beautifully appointed rooms with attention to detail. Superb food and service at the restaurant and bar. Convenient location within walking distance to BTS station and shopping malls.

Noisy guests disrupted sleep on one night.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were very nice and spacious, perfect for our family. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the breakfast at KiSara, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

We were disappointed that the hotel did not provide HD channels on the TVs in our room. The picture quality was poor and fuzzy, a letdown.
